TRG announces that Worthington Cylinders has purchased the assets of Piper Impact, US Respiratory, and Pacific Cylinders as of June 1, 2009.

Worthington will be your supplier of cylinders and cylinder accessories, while TRG will continue to supply regulators, conservers, nebulizers, and portable liquid oxygen systems. TRG will handle customer orders and service requests on behalf of Worthington during the transition period, which is tentatively scheduled for completion on July 1, 2009. At that time, customers are asked to contact Worthington's Customer Service in Columbus, Ohio for orders and inquiries.
